Changelog

What changed, and why.

Releases are versioned honestly: the target Minecraft version never moves inside a major, and a build that changes rendering behaviour says so. Newest first.

1.0.0

release latest

Added & changed

  • 94 modules across seven categories, with server packs loaded only on their own server.
  • Interface rebuilt on 23 core shaders: signed-distance panels, kawase bloom, liquid glass and gradient strokes.
  • New rotation engine — tick-aligned target resolution with sub-tick interpolation and per-module ceilings.
  • Detectability tags on every module: read-only, local, or send-path.
  • Portable config resolution with -Dpillow.home, PILLOW_HOME and a graceful fallback chain.
  • Safe mode: -Dpillow.safemode=true boots with every module disabled.

Fixed

  • A single bad shader registration no longer disables the whole interface — programs register one key at a time and failures are logged per effect.
  • Fixed the config path assuming a hardcoded Windows directory, which broke Linux, macOS and sandboxed launchers.

0.9.4

beta

Added & changed

  • Crystal and anchor cycle rework, now timed to the explosion tick instead of a fixed delay.
  • Storage preview shows container contents without opening the container.
  • Chunk scoring v3: containers, block entities and artificial light weighted together.

Fixed

  • Rotation smoothing could overshoot on a target switch mid-tick.
  • Nametag text clipped at GUI scale 4.

0.9.0

beta

Added & changed

  • First build on the new render facade — one code path for the whole GUI.
  • MSDF font pipeline replaces bitmap fonts. Eight atlases, no blur at any scale.
  • Drag-and-drop HUD editor with snap and per-element animation.
